- GOCAB IS MAKING ITS MARK ON THE WORLD STAGE: 3 STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS SIGNED
In just a few weeks, GoCab has crossed a new frontier – that of global industrial power. From Changchun to Beijing, the GoCab team has sealed three major agreements with Chinese automotive giants, confirming GoCab’s status as an essential bridge between Africa and the world’s largest manufacturers. 🟠 Changchun, April 24, 2026—The Historical Agreement with FAW A major milestone in GoCab’s history. In Changchun, the home of China’s automotive industry, GoCab has officially signed a tripartite financing partnership agreement with the Changchun New Zone Industrial Investment Group and FAW Car International—one of the world’s largest automakers. The ambition is clear and quantified: 6,000 vehicles—thermal and electric—deployed in all GoCab markets over the next 24 months. This partnership positions GoCab as a truly global mobility operator, capable of structuring large-scale vehicle financing and supply chains. 🟠 Beijing Auto Show 2026—A Global Agreement with Dongfeng On the world’s biggest automotive stage, GoCab has entered into an initial framework agreement for a global strategic partnership with Dongfeng, one of the flagships of the Chinese automotive industry. And that’s not all: this agreement was signed in the presence of our ride-hailing partners Yango and inDrive—a strong signal about the convergence of the entire GoCab ecosystem around a common vision of mobility on a global scale. A global partnership, for a global ambition. 🟠 🟠 ITG Group—A Strategic Partnership that Gets Stronger GoCab is also consolidating two years of partnership with ITG Group—Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. — a Fortune 500 company with annual revenue exceeding $100 billion. A long-term strategic alliance that anchors GoCab in the most powerful networks of global commerce and industry. 🌍 GoCab: The Bridge between Africa and Global Industry These three agreements are not coincidences. They are the result of a clear strategy: to make GoCab the reference platform that connects global car manufacturers to the rapidly expanding African markets. Thermal vehicles, electric vehicles, structured financing, ride-hailing partners—GoCab is building the mobility ecosystem of tomorrow, today. 💙

- INDRIVE AND GOCAB ARE TEAMING UP TO DEMOCRATIZE VEHICLE ACCESS IN MOROCCO AND CHILE
In many emerging markets, demand for ride-hailing and urban mobility services continues to grow rapidly. Yet, for thousands of drivers, one of the main obstacles remains access to a vehicle adapted to their activity. To address this challenge, inDrive and GoCab are announcing a strategic partnership to facilitate access to vehicles for ride-hailing drivers in Morocco and Chile through flexible leasing and drive-to-own solutions. A partnership to remove barriers to entry As part of a MoU, GoCab plans to make available up to 4,000 vehicles for drivers operating on the inDrive platform in both countries. The proposed model allows drivers to access a vehicle with reduced initial costs, while gradually reimbursing the vehicle through their income generated on the platform. Eventually, they have the opportunity to become full owners of their cars. This approach aims to address a well-known reality in several emerging countries: many motivated drivers want to work, but do not have the guarantees or resources needed to obtain a conventional car loan. A concrete response to market needs The Moroccan and Chilean markets have strong potential due to the growth in demand for mobility and the aging of the taxi and VTC fleets currently in circulation. The objective of the partnership is therefore twofold: facilitate access to modern vehicles that comply with local regulations; Improve drivers' economic opportunities through more stable and sustainable incomes. Beyond funding, drivers will also benefit from support covering several operational aspects such as: Insurance; Maintenance; Assistance related to the daily operation of the vehicle. This approach allows drivers to focus fully on their activity while reducing the constraints related to maintenance and management of the vehicle. A strong ambition for mobility in emerging markets Present in more than 1,100 cities in 48 countries, inDrive pursues its strategy to make economic opportunities more accessible to mobility workers. For its part, GoCab, a fintech specialized in mobility solutions for emerging markets, continues to accelerate its international development after a recent fundraising of 45 million dollars. Through this collaboration, the two companies aim not only to improve driver recruitment and retention, but also to contribute to more inclusive and sustainable mobility in Morocco and Chile.
