- 🇨🇱 "LA RECOMENDARÍA AL 100%": EL TESTIMONIO DE UNA CONDUCTORA GOCAB EN CHILE
Behind every delivered vehicle is a story. The one of this GoCab driver in Santiago is that of someone who wanted to work independently, but for whom having a car was not an easy option. Today, thanks to GoCab’s lease-purchase model, that barrier is behind us. The usual brake: the cost of your own car As is true for many new entrants to the world of transport applications, the first obstacle was not the will to work, but access to a vehicle. Having a car of your own involved an outlay that, at the time, was not feasible. It was precisely this difficulty that led her to seek alternatives and meet with GoCab. A simple process, and above all transparent What surprised her most when approaching GoCab was the way in which the vehicle access is structured. The path was straightforward: an interview and, from there, the start of the lease, without the obstacles that a traditional car loan usually involves. When asked to describe GoCab in a few words, he did not hesitate: serious, transparent and trustworthy. Three attributes that, according to her, were felt at each stage of the process, and which now lead her to particularly value the company’s permanent support, including 24-hour support. "I would recommend it 100%" When asked if he would recommend GoCab, the answer was immediate and unnuanced: I would recommend it 100%. It is the type of testimony that summarizes, better than any figure, what GoCab seeks to build in each market where it operates: real trust between the company and those who drive every day thanks to it. Stories like these make sense of GoCab’s lease-purchase model: it is not just about putting a vehicle on the street, but to open a door to economic independence for those who, until recently, saw it beyond their reach. ¿Quieres ser parte del próximo Día de Entrega? - JÉGO AND GOCAB JOIN TO DEPLOY 6,000 ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN WEST AFRICA
GoCab and JéGO have just sealed a strategic partnership for the deployment of 6,000 electric vehicles across West Africa. An important milestone that reflects the shared desire of both stakeholders to make the region a cutting-edge area for clean mobility. On the one hand, JéGO brings its expertise in electrical solutions; on the other, GoCab leverages its knowledge of the field and experience in operating private hire fleets. From this complementarity must come a greener transport offer, capable of meeting the growing demand of West African cities. From an environmental point of view, the stakes are high. By gradually replacing internal combustion vehicles with electric vehicles, this deployment should help to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions related to urban transport, a particularly emitting sector in major West African cities. Fewer vehicles with a combustion engine are also expected to improve air quality in cities often confronted with significant air pollution, with direct health benefits for the population. This project is thus part of a broader effort to promote renewable energy and green the transport sector. In concrete terms, this project is not limited to the mere entry into service of vehicles. It must also support the emergence of a true ecosystem around electricity: maintenance, charging, driver training, and development of local skills. So many benefits are expected for the region’s economies, through job creation and the opening of opportunities for specialized start-ups. For GoCab, this partnership reinforces a trajectory already underway in several markets, by giving its electrical ambition a resolutely regional dimension.

- SENEGAL : GOCAB AND YANGO BRING TOGETHER THEIR DRIVERS TO ELEVATE SERVICE STANDARDS IN DAKAR
On Friday, May 17, 2026 in Dakar, GoCab Senegal and Yango jointly organized a training seminar for partner drivers who integrate or wish to integrate business class at Goya. This meeting made it possible to collectively identify new trends for this category of distinguished services, laying the foundations for a benchmark passenger experience in the Dakar market. A seminar at the heart of the field Bringing together the GoCab partner drivers active on the Yango platform, this seminar was held in a spirit of direct and constructive exchange. A dedicated trainer intervened to provide the expected clarifications on the requirements of the Business Class Goya—a class whose access and maintenance criteria now constitute a clear, shared, and demanding quality commitment. The group photo taken at the end of the training demonstrates the collective mobilization around this common goal: to make each Goya journey a full-fledged experience. The standards of the Goya Business Class At the end of the seminar, the criteria defining the Goya Business Class were formalized around five fundamental pillars: ⭐ Minimum grade 👔 Clothing ❄️ Comfort on board 🗣️ Customer interaction 🚗 Vehicle cleanliness These standards are not mere recommendations: they constitute the conditions of access and maintenance in the Goya class. Any driver whose rating falls below the 4.15 threshold will be automatically repositioned out of the premium class. A service philosophy: Customer at the center Beyond the technical criteria, the seminar made it possible to anchor a clear service philosophy: the Goya driver is not just a driver—he is the host of an experience. Every detail counts, from the cleanliness of the vehicle to the quality of the first impression, including the accuracy of the report to the client. The interaction with the passenger, in particular, was the subject of a special focus: the driver Goya knows how to read the situation—he starts the conversation when the customer invites him, and also knows how to maintain comfortable silence when the passenger prefers it. This relational intelligence is at the heart of the premium positioning of the class. GoCab and Yango: a partnership in the service of excellence This seminar illustrates concretely the nature of the partnership between GoCab and Yango in Senegal: two complementary actors, united around a common goal—offering Dakar passengers a premium, reliable and professional mobility service. GoCab, as a partner in driver financing and coaching, is committed to ensuring that every driver with a GoCab vehicle has the tools, training and standards necessary to perform at the highest level. Yango, on the other hand, brings the platform, the clientele and the technological framework that allow this excellence to be translated concretely into quality routes. Focus on excellence—and beyond This first Goya Business Class seminar in Dakar is just one step. GoCab and Yango are pursuing a continuous upscaling approach, with the ambition of making Senegal a reference market for premium mobility in West Africa. Other training and support sessions are already being considered, to continue growing a community of professional drivers, proud of their profession and recognized for the quality of their service.
- GOCAB ENTERS GHANA AND ACCELERATES ITS PAN-AFRICAN EXPANSION
GoCab, Africa's platform for mobility and vehicle financing, has officially launched in Ghana. Through a collaboration with Bolt, a leading global ride-hailing service, GoCab allows Ghanaian drivers to acquire a new vehicle for use on the Bolt platform, with the opportunity to eventually own it. A Strategic Expansion into the Ghanaian Market Having firmly established operations across Francophone West Africa and Morocco, GoCab takes a decisive step by setting up in Accra. This launch reflects the Group's ambition to scale its model across the African continent, adapting to the specific dynamics of each local market. Ghana — with its growing economy, expanding urban middle class, and strong demand for formal mobility services — represents an ideal environment for the GoCab model to thrive. The GoCab Ghana Model: Drive It, Then Own It At the heart of the Ghanaian deployment is a clear value proposition for partner drivers: access a brand-new vehicle without significant upfront capital, operate on the Bolt platform, and progressively repay their vehicle until they own it outright. This driver-to-own model transforms drivers into entrepreneurs, providing them with a durable working asset and a genuine opportunity for wealth creation. GoCab positions itself not merely as a mobility provider, but as a true partner in individual economic advancement. The Changan Alsvin: Built for This Market The vehicle selected for the Ghana launch is the Changan Alsvin, a next-generation compact sedan combining reliability, fuel efficiency, and suitability for African urban driving conditions. Featuring a modern digital dashboard, refined interior, and dependable mechanics, the Alsvin gives drivers a professional working tool and passengers a quality ride experience. This choice reflects GoCab's commitment to offering vehicles that are performance-oriented, accessible, and aligned with real-world field conditions. A Structural Partnership with Bolt The Ghana rollout is anchored by a partnership with Bolt, a ride-hailing platform operating across more than 45 countries. By combining Bolt's technological and commercial strength with GoCab's vehicle financing and fleet management capabilities, this partnership creates a complete ecosystem: drivers benefit from immediate access to an active customer base, a structured working framework, and full support throughout their ownership journey. A Vision: Making Mobility Accessible to Everyone Across the Continent GoCab Ghana is part of a broader vision: to make mobility a driver of economic inclusion for millions of people across Africa. By combining financing, quality vehicles, and technology partnerships, GoCab aims to build — city by city — a sustainable transport model that generates employment and local prosperity. Accra is only the first step. GoCab Ghana is designed to expand progressively across the country, empowering a new generation of mobility entrepreneurs.
